The Food

Food & Wine in Valle

Valle de Guadalupe is located very near the Pacific coast. The first fish taco is from a nearby town, Rosarito. Here, the food centers around the sea. Abundant with oysters, lobster, octopus, and geoduck clams, decorated into moles, fresh ceviches, & slow braised meat tacos. We will enjoy the finest cuisine the region offers in some of the best restaurants in all of Latinoamerica.

The tour takes place just as harvest kicks off. It’s Vendemia! The grapes are full & the buzz of new wines in the making will be in the air! Expect wine pairings with lunches & dinners, promising a truly decadent experience.

What isn’t included:

1. Round trip airfare from your city of origin to Tijuana, Mexico.

2. Travel Insurance

3. Additional alcohol outside of tastings/pairings.

The history of wine in Mexico goes way back. This tiny valle in Baja, Mexico holds many of the roots that became the roots of California.

The region is small with minimal rainfall, making the wine in the region small batch and little chance of making it to the states.

If you want to drink Valle de Guadalupe wines, you got to go to the source, and maybe buy a few to take home.
